Numerous victims have been found scattered throughout cities and neighborhoods alike in the weeks following the holidays and new year. Victims were found discarded along curbsides and side streets in heavily trafficked areas. Patterns suggest that this is an annual occurrence. Evidence has led to the belief that this is part of some ritual where victims are hand-selected, taken in, groomed, and then simply discarded over a month’s time. Most victims’ coloring has remained intact while multiple others have shown signs of severe needle loss. There is no sign that this is the doing of one suspect, but actually many.
